Good Friday
A time of reflection...thoughts of the cross... mourning.
I know that after this momentary sadness comes rejoicing, for Jesus DID conquer death (hallelujah!)... but I am so touched by the pain and torture that our Lord went through for our sake. I can't fully fathom His anguish.
Such an amazing sacrifice...
so selfless....
so... AMAZING!
"For on that cross where Jesus died,
the wrath of God was satisfied...
to look on Him,
and pardon me...
Here in the love of Christ I stand!!"

sarah, youre so cute:) as you can see, he's very passionate about the subject! hehe. as i was reading your post, i was realizing how caught up i am in this world..running around at school, etc..and not really thinking of this day and its meaning as much as i should. thanks for the little push! i wonder..are you going to harvest this weekend? let me know! have a blessed Easter my dear!:) ~banana
